We were glad to visit Hooter's because we love the wings ... at least that is the reason that Bain always SAYS he wants to go there ... and we don't have a Hooter's in our area that we consider safe to visit any more. So ... we were laughing on the way over about how it would be safe to eat here but not at the one at home.
Halfway through our meal, the waitress came around and said that our van might be getting broken into ... We thought she must be kidding ... but after going outside, we found that the side door had been pried open. Fortunately, the car alarm went off right away and they ran off before taking anything ...
So much for Hooter's being in a safe area. :)
The "Three Mile Island" wings, onion strings and beer were great, though! Plus, we got to visit with Uncle Scott. He went along with us and Zoe really likes him. Not sure that he knows exactly what to do with her affections ... but he was nice when she was trying to sneak around to his back and tickle him. :)
This is a picture of Zoe watching the Hooter girls do a song ... They changed the words to AC/DC "All Night Long" and made it a song about the ultimate Hooter girl ... "She was a fast machine, she kept her tables clean .. she was the best darn waitress that I've ever seen ... etc." It was cute and they had motions to go along with the words.
