For five years at BJ's school, I've watched the 5th graders bring their pumpkin globes to school and I've thought ... what a cool project. Okay ... so now, we are in the 5th grade and actually creating the pumpkin globe. Suddenly, I have to admit, it's not such a cool project! :)
This has taken up quite a bit of our weekend ... but we are almost done. I'll post the finished product later in the week.

um.....your is looking REALLY good. not so sure ours is quite as accurate but at least we used a pumpkin...
Martha, That is SO cool!! I want to make one! Though you're probably right...great idea in theory...in reality...way too much work. Very cool though.
